Don Kaufman entered Amazon in 1999 and spent 18 years on the front lines of technology building the platforms supporting fulfillment systems, Amazon’s Transportation Systems, third-party seller tools, and customer service. Most recently, Don served as the Software Development Director for the Alexa/Echo platform.
