Greg Galle

Future Partners
Co-Founder

Description

Greg Galle co-founded Future Partners, the Silicon Valley innovation products and services company. Along with the Future team they provide cultural outlaws—frustrated by their attempts to jail-break the status quo—with the language, frameworks, tools, and techniques they need to escape biological and cultural forces and drive positive change in their organizations, communities, countries, and the world.

Future Partners builds software, train and coach leaders and teams, run immersive workshops, and partner with organizations around the world to help them do work that matters.

Greg Galle has over 25 years of experience applying Think Wrong Practices to a broad array of private, public, and civil sector innovation challenges including product, service, process, systems, policy, experience, engagement, talent, professional development, and culture innovation. Greg co-founded Future Partners and today he teaches thinking wrong through his client work and via invitations to participate in top conferences and events around the world.

Greg co-founded C2 Group with John, prior to which he served for seven years as the Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy for Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors, Barclays Global Investors, and Barclays PLC. There he was responsible for brand development, product and business innovation, and service and experience delivery across 200 businesses in over 70 countries. At Aaron Marcus and Associates, Greg’s clients included NASA, Apple, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, NCR, and Intel. Greg also serves on the board of Not For Sale, is an advisor to Fuse Corps, and a board member emeritus of Hope Street Group.
