Katerina Markov Schneider is the CEO and founder of Ritual, a health technology company that has reinvented the vitamin. Previously, she was a Venture Partner with Troy Carter at AF Square, where she managed an active portfolio of over 70 technology and entertainment investments, including Dropbox, Warby Parker, Spotify, Uber, and Lyft.

Prior to AF Square, Katerina served as Head of Global Innovation at Atom Factory where she led digital strategy and high-level technology partnerships for artists such as Lady Gaga and John Legend, along with associated brands and investment portfolio companies. Katerina also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO then Global Lead of Digital Innovation at Universal Music Group.

Katerina earned a degree from Brown University in Applied Mathematics-Economics. She was named to the 2014 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Venture Capital, and serves as a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum. Katerina lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Tali.
